As a Corporate Business Development Executive at East Wing Tourism & Travel LLC, your role is integral to driving the growth of our corporate client base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and contributing to the overall expansion and success of the company's corporate travel services.
Market Research and Analysisss:
´ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential corporate clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
´ Analyze market data to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
Client Acquisition:
´ Identify and prospect potential corporate clients for East Wing's travel services.
´ Develop and implement strategies to acquire new corporate accounts and expand the client portfolio.
Relationship Building:
´ Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations.
´ Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Proposal Development:
´ Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
´ Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting corporate clients.
Negotiation and Contracting:
´ Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with corporate clients.
´ Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Revenue Generation:
´ Set and achieve sales targets for corporate travel services.
´ Continuously identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the corporate client base.
Collaboration with Operations:
´ Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
´ Provide feedback on client requirements to enhance service offerings.
Networking:
´ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote East Wing's corporate travel services.
´ Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all external engagements.
Qualifications and Skills:
´ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
´ Proven experience in corporate business development, sales, or a related role.
´ In-depth knowledge of the corporate travel industry, including policies, procedures, and emerging trends.
´ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
´ Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
´ Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
´ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
´ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
