As a Finance Executive at East Wing Tourism & Travel LLC, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. You will be responsible for a range of financial tasks, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting, contributing to the overall fiscal management of the company.
Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:
´ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
´ Record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and bank transactions.
´ Accounts Payable and Receivable:
´ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
´ Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
´ Budgeting and Forecasting:
´ Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets.
´ Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Financial Reporting:
´ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
´ Provide insights into financial performance to support decision-making.
Tax Compliance:
´ Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
´ Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
Audit Support:
´ Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits.
´ Provide necessary documentation and information during audit processes.
Financial Analysis:
´ Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
´ Provide recommendations based on financial insights.
Cash Flow Management:
´ Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity needs are met.
´ Optimize working capital and manage short-term financing.
Expense Management:
´ Monitor and control expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
´ Review and approve expense reports in accordance with company policies.
Financial Compliance:

Qualifications and Skills:
´ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
´ Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar role.
