As an Outbound Corporate Travel Consultant at East Wing Tourism & Travel LLC, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating travel arrangements for corporate clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless and efficient business travel experiences, catering to the unique needs and preferences of corporate travelers.
Client Relationship Management:
´ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their travel preferences, policies, and objectives.
´ Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalized travel solutions.
Travel Coordination:
´ Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and any other special requests for corporate clients.
´ Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and negotiate favorable rates with travel suppliers.
´ Itinerary Planning:
´ Design and create customized travel itineraries that align with the business objectives and preferences of corporate clients.
´ Optimize travel plans for cost-effectiveness and time efficiency.
Expense Management:
´ Assist corporate clients in managing travel budgets and expenses.
´ Provide detailed expense reports and analysis for corporate travel activities.
Emergency Support:
´ Offer 24/7 support for corporate travelers in case of emergencies, changes in travel plans, or unforeseen circumstances.
´ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of travel-related issues.
Technology Utilization:
´ Utilize travel management software and tools to streamline booking processes, manage reservations, and generate reports.
´ Stay updated on industry technologies to enhance efficiency in corporate travel services.
Compliance and Documentation:
´ Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
´ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate travel activities.
Reporting and Analysis:

Qualifications and Skills:
´ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
´ Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
´ In-depth knowledge of corporate travel management, including policies, procedures, and industry trends.
´ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
´ Proficient in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
´ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
