As an Outbound Travel Consultant at East Wing Tourism & Travel LLC, you will be responsible for designing and organizing travel itineraries for clients interested in outbound travel destinations. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, understanding clients' travel preferences, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Client Consultation:
´ Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.
´ Provide expert advice on destination options, travel routes, and accommodation choices.
Itinerary Planning:
´ Design customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences, ensuring a unique and memorable travel experience.
´ Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Product Knowledge:
´ Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa requirements, and destination-specific information.
´ Possess in-depth knowledge of various travel products, services, and promotions.
Sales and Booking:
´ Present and promote travel packages to clients, emphasizing the value and unique selling points.
´ Process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete.
Customer Service:
´ Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
´ Handle post-booking communication and support, including travel updates and any necessary modifications.
Collaboration:
´ Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
´ Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and partners.
Documentation and Compliance:
´ Ensure all travel documents, including visas and travel insurance, are in order and communicated to clients.
´ Stay informed about relevant travel regulations and compliance requirements.
Sales Targets:
´ Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting travel packages and upselling additional services.
Qualifications and Skills:
´ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
´ Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
´ Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products.
´ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
´ Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
´ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
´ Proficient in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
